This course on Elements of Management Functions (EMF) provides you the necessary knowledge to become a competent Executive/Manager. You get a broad overview of an organization and its functional areas, which are applicable to all types of organizations / industries.
This module should help you in understanding your role in your very first job and also in your subsequent jobs.
